The 2500 sq. foot main house features a 10-window sunroom facing the east and a huge deck overlooking the creek. Amenities on the main floor include an open kitchen with custom hickory cabinets, quartz countertops, brand new Maytag appliances, including dishwasher, refrigerator, propane gas stove, and a double oven. For sleeping accommodations, we have two bedrooms (queen-size beds), each with their own private bath, a queen sofa bed facing a rock gas fireplace and a half bath. In addition, guests have access to a utility room with a washer and dryer. The upstairs opens up to a huge, patriotic themed recreation room with its own bar, entertainment zone, bunkbeds and a full bath.

Grounds: Our guests can walk among our 40-tree peach orchard, apple trees, blackberry and blueberry bushes, black walnut trees alongside the creek.

We planted two weeping willow trees along a walkway beside the flowing creek as a potential spot for weddings. Plans are to add a prayer walk that leads to a flower garden with a bench where couples and families can reflect and pray in solitude.

The home at Neal Creek Retreat has the UV Air Scrubber Advanced by Aerus installed on the HVAC system.  It is a surface and air purification system proprietary ActivePure® Technology that removes surface and airborne contaminants including VOCs, odors, dust, pet dander, and other allergens.
It has been tested in unaffiliated labs and proven effective on bacteria, viruses, mold and fungi on surfaces and in the air.

Neal Creek Retreat Rental Policy

We have a no-pet policy. However, Hensley's Woof Pack, in close proximity to our farm, has a boarding and grooming facility and we highly recommend them. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is no later than 11 a.m. In addition to the rental fee and applicable taxes, and a refundable damage deposit, you will be invoiced for a cleaning fee at the time of booking.

Our cancellation policy requires at least 30 days advance notice prior to the check-in date. If notice is provided at least 30 days prior to the check-in date, the total amount will be refunded. If notice of cancellation is not provided at least 30 days prior to your check-in date, we reserve the right to retain 1/2 of the rental fee and applicable taxes and will refund the deposit and cleaning fee.

All guests and visitors are expected to comply with our rules, which are based on the Golden Rule … do unto others as you would have done unto you. No illegal or inappropriate activities or substances are permitted on the premises. No parties or events are allowed without permission from the owners. The property is in a natural area and you may encounter dangerous wildlife while on the premises. No hunting or shooting is allowed on the premises.
